The individual or organization named below (“Renter”) wishes to hold an event or meeting (“Event”) at the Mukai Farm & Garden, located at 18017 107th Ave SW, Vashon, WA 98070 (the “Facility”), on the basis set out in this form (the “Plan”) and the attached terms and conditions (together, the “Agreement”).
All Events are expected to align with the character and mission of Mukai Farm & Garden, which is stewarded by Friends of Mukai (“FoM”), a Washington non-profit corporation. We welcome a variety of social, nonprofit, and corporate events. In keeping with our duty to steward and preserve the Facility, we reserve the right to refuse to make the Facility available for any rental use at our sole discretion.
If your organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, you may qualify for a 30% discount at our nonprofit rate.

If Renter incurs fees or expenses beyond those specified in this Plan, including fees for cleaning, replacement, or repair as described in the terms and conditions, FoM will invoice Renter for those fees or expenses. Any damage to the Facility, excessive cleanup, or violations to the terms & conditions will incur a minimum $200 fee.
Form of Payment
Renter will make all payments by check payable to “Friends of Mukai.” Renter must include the Event name and date in the memo line and mail the check to P.O. Box 2603, Vashon, WA 98070.Reservations are accepted with the understanding that they are not guaranteed without a deposit.
